Key responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move mail and packages using carts, containers, and equipment
- Sort mail by size, destination, and type to prepare it for processing and delivery
- Operate basic mail-handling equipment after training (conveyors, sorters, etc.)
- Keep work areas organized, clear, and safe
- Follow USPS safety procedures and report issues as needed
