Low Voltage Installer

Pay: $26 - $30 an hour - Full-time

As a privately owned collection of four smart home companies across Florida, we specialize in bringing intelligence, security, and seamless automation to some of the most stunning homes in the state.

We’re seeking a Low Voltage Installer to support our Naples and Sarasota territories for our Elx-AI brand, specializing in high-end, large-scale custom estates. If you’re passionate about home automation and thrive in premium environments where precision and sophisticated technology meet, this is the opportunity for you.

• Additional Benefit:Field employees will be issued a company vehicle, which includes a fuel card tied directly to the vehicle.

Note: All drivers of company-issued vehicles must be added to the company's insurance policy and must meet their requirements.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will bring an elevated level of expertise to our custom projects:

• Custom Home Expertise:Proven experience working within high-end, large-scale custom residential environments.
• Technical Versatility:Mastery of rough and trim for structured wiring, security, and home theater, with the ability toassiston advanced technical installations on occasion.
• Experience:2 or more years of low-voltage experience, preferably in the custom home sector.

• Precision & Pride:Ability to work efficiently while taking immense pride in craftsmanship; must be organized, self-motivated, anddetail-oriented.
• Blueprint Literacy:Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and technical schematics.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift a minimum of 100 lbs.
• Must be able to climb and work from ladders.
• Must be able to work in tight, confined spaces (e.g., attics, crawl spaces, closets, etc.).
• Must have power tools with the knowledge and skills to use them safely and properly.

Candidate Requirements

• Must have a valid Florida Driver’s License witha good drivinghistory.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
