$125,000 at plan yearly

Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to understand their financial goals and provide tailored insurance solutions.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring trust and satisfaction.
• Conduct in-depth needs analysis to recommend appropriate life insurance products.
• Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for reaching sales targets.
• Stay informed about industry trends and product updates to better serve clients.
• Utilize company resources to enhance your sales techniques and client interactions.
• Participate in training sessions to continuously improve your knowledge and skills in the insurance field.

Qualifications:

• Experience in sales or customer service, ideally within the insurance industry.
• Ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships with empathy and professionalism.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
• Strong communication skills to effectively educate clients on complex insurance products.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team to achieve shared goals.
