Accolade is committed to never being satisfied with industry norms and standards – instead, always searching for creative methods to equip our team with the tools necessary to achieve success.The Administrator leads and directs the overall operation of the facility in accordance with resident needs, federal and state government regulations and company policies/procedures so as to maintain quality care for the residents while achieving the facility's business objectives.Skills and competencies necessary:Knowledge and expertise in management of a long-term care facilityExperience and skill in:Leadership and mentoring.Development and implementation of a facility management system.Administration, management, supervision and coordination of all departments to ensure appropriate care.Use of computers and other technological resources.Oversight of a facility quality assurance process.Financial management of a health care facility.Knowledge of pertinent local, state, federal and other regulations and ability to implement and maintain compliance with these regulations governing the facility, patient/resident care, and reimbursement.Experience in developing professional relationships and representing the facility in professional and community activities.Participation in educational programs for continued professional development.Requirements:Active Nursing Home Administrator License in the State of IllinoisThis is a Full-Time Salaried position.
