- Location: Statesville Blvd, Cleveland, NC 27013
- Schedule: Full-Time | Thursday & Friday (3:00 PM - 11:30 PM) and Saturday & Sunday (7:00 AM - 7:30 PM).
- Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, handle a 5K pressure washer, and work in confined/hot areas. Must complete safety training (Ladder, Confined Space, Lockout/Tagout). Excellent attendance record required.

What You'll Do As an
Industrial Cleaner (also known as a
Janitorial Sanitizer or
Heavy Duty Cleaner ), you will keep an Automotive Assembly Plant safe, clean, and operating smoothly. Your key responsibilities include:
- Clean Paint Booth Stations and surrounding areas using approved chemicals and high-pressure washers (5K).
- Scrape windows, wipe down walls, replace ceiling filters, and apply protective plastic or aluminum foil in booth areas.
- Lift metal flooring grates, clean beneath them, and clear out oven and flood sheet areas.
- Perform routine equipment maintenance like changing robot covers and grease applications.
- Safely climb ladders and navigate confined spaces during heavy-duty cleaning routines.
What You Bring To The Team - Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and top-notch attendance.
- Comfort working in hot/dirty conditions using company-provided PPE.
- Physical capability to stand, walk, crouch, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to follow instructions and pass required safety courses.
