Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Hiring SupportAssist with job postings on various platformsScreen resumes and coordinate interviewsCommunicate with candidates regarding application statusPrepare offer letters and onboarding documents2. Onboarding & Employee RecordsFacilitate new hire onboarding and orientationMaintain and update employee files (digital and physical)Ensure all required documentation is completed and compliant3. Payroll & Benefits SupportAssist with timesheet collection and payroll processingHelp employees with basic benefits inquiriesCoordinate with payroll/benefits providers as needed4. Compliance & HR AdministrationEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local labor lawsSupport audits and maintain HR documentationTrack employee certifications, licenses, and required trainings5. Employee Relations SupportServe as a point of contact for general HR questionsAssist in handling employee concerns and escalating when neededSupport performance review processes6. General Administrative DutiesSchedule meetings and maintain HR calendarsPrepare reports and maintain HR databasesAssist with special HR projects as assignedQualificationsEducation & ExperienceAssociates or Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred02 years of HR or administrative experienceSkills & CompetenciesStrong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsHigh attention to detail and confidentialityProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
