We are a family-owned home health agency in San Antonio with over 30 years of experience , and we are looking for a PRN Registered Nurse who wants meaningful work, flexibility, and the chance to make a real difference in people’s lives.

In home health, you are not just walking into a room, doing a task, and moving on. You are helping patients — many of them elderly, recovering, or medically fragile — stay in the place they feel safest: their own home . You help them regain strength, confidence, and independence. You help families feel supported. You help people stay out of the hospital and return to living their lives.
This role is ideal for an RN who enjoys autonomy, strong patient relationships, and a schedule that offers real flexibility. As a PRN nurse, you can build a schedule that works for you while caring for patients throughout San Antonio instead of being tied to one building all day.
