FOOD TRANSPORTER/DELIVERY DRIVER (FULL TIME) Location: Coffee Distributing Corp – 200 Broadway, New Hyde Park, NY 11040. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 5:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. (full time). Pay: $22.00–$25.00 per hour. Responsibilities Safely deliver products according to daily route schedules, providing timely and accurate service to client locations. Load, unload, and stock products at office pantry locations, coolers, shelving, and storage areas while maintaining inventory levels and presentation standards. Ensure proper rotation, handling, and storage of perishable food products by following FIFO inventory practices and all food safety guidelines. Perform routine cleaning, sanitation, and basic maintenance of coffee, water, and pantry equipment, promptly reporting any equipment issues requiring repair or service. Pick up requisitioned supplies from staging clerk. Receive completed production orders from staging clerk and inventory items to ensure completion of production orders. Load orders onto truck with assistance of staging clerks in a safe, orderly manner. Unload requisitioned materials at delivery site. Follow sanitation and safety guidelines when handling food and equipment. Maintain general cleanliness of assigned vehicle and perform routine maintenance on truck. Interact with coworkers to ensure company service standards. Provide quality customer service with one‑on‑one attention to detail. Collect empty containers and rejected or unsold merchandise. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Valid state driver’s license. Valid food handler’s permit where required. Previous customer service and driving experience.
