Overview Fence Installer – Hands-On Construction SWi, LLC is hiring hardworking, dependable fence installers to join our crew. This is a physically demanding, hands-on construction job. What to Expect on the Job Some of our larger, out-of-town projects follow a travel schedule of 2 weeks on, 1 week off, with 12+ hour days. For these jobs, we provide hotel lodging, per diem, and travel reimbursements. This schedule only applies to specific projects. Most of our crews work a regular schedule of 4-10s or 5-8s, with overtime available as needed. Traveling is mandatory for this position. This is not a laid-back or light-duty job — it's a fast-paced, hands-on role that's both physically and mentally demanding.
