We are seeking a hardworking, hands‑on Fence Installer to assist in the daily installation of a variety of fence types and work as part of a high‑quality team to complete projects safely and efficiently. Benefits 401(k) matching Competitive salary Health insurance Paid time off Job Responsibilities Assist in the installation of wood, vinyl, chain link, and ornamental fencing. Tasks include digging post holes, setting or driving posts, and assembling rails and pickets. Work effectively within a crew of 2–4 members, following the direction of the Lead Installer to ensure high productivity and quality. Safely operate power tools and equipment required for fence installation. Maintain a clean and organized job site, ensuring all materials are handled properly. Follow all safety protocols and maintain professional communication with customers while on‑site. Requirements Proven experience in construction or a related physical labor field. Must pass a background check and drug screening. Ability to lift 80+ lbs and work outdoors in all Minnesota weather conditions. Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and legal authorization to work in the U.S. Strong work ethic and a "can‑do" attitude.
