We’re not after average—we want a fine gardener who has an expert eye, and takes massive pride in crafting beautiful, Florida-friendly gardens that stop people in their tracks. Wants to grow into A crew lead as positions become available. You’ll be part of our elite Horticulture Division, working directly with our Horticultural Manager, leading your crew, and getting your hands dirty in some of the most beautiful properties in Tampa Bay. We're talking true craftsmanship—selective hand pruning, detailed container installations, pest ID without blinking, and a mindset that treats each landscape like it’s your own.
