Responsibilities Assist with event setup, execution, and breakdown activities. Welcome and engage attendees in a professional manner. Coordinate event materials, displays, and promotional assets. Support event managers with logistical and operational tasks. Ensure event spaces remain organized, presentable, and functional. Monitor attendee needs and provide exceptional customer service. Help maintain event schedules and assist with on-site coordination. Collaborate with team members to achieve event objectives. Follow company standards and event procedures to ensure successful outcomes. Assist in gathering event feedback and reporting observations.
