We’re a growing staffing business, hiring someone early in their Sales career, who’s willing to get out into the field, talk to businesses, perform B2B sales and follow up consistently. This entry level sales role role covers parts of Essex and Passaic County and is focused on building relationships the old-school way—face-to-face.

** What You’ll Do **

• Visit local businesses daily (in-person outreach)
• Start conversations with business owners and decision-makers
• Set appointments for deeper client meetings
• Follow up by phone, email, and in person
• Build relationships (not just drop off resumes)
• Stay organized and track your activity

** What We’re Looking For **

• Comfortable talking to new people every day
• Willing to be in the field (not behind a desk)
• Strong follow-up habits
• Reliable and self-motivated
• Positive attitude and coachable

** Compensation **

• Base salary: $50,000 – $53,000
• ** Uncapped commission structure **
• Travel reimbursement
