Position Summary: Our client is seeking a resultsdriven Owner’s Rep Electrical Superintendent to monitor and provide expertise in mechanical construction operations on largescale infrastructure projects. As a direct representative of the owner in a field support role, this role is responsible for monitoring field execution of HVAC, piping, plumbing, and mechanical systems while ensuring compliance with strict safety, quality, and schedule standards. Key Responsibilities: Lead all onsite electrical construction activities, including power distribution, grounding, lighting, and lowvoltage systems Supervise electrical subcontractors and field crews to ensure work is executed safely, efficiently, and per contract documents Coordinate daily work plans, manpower, materials, and equipment Ensure compliance with project schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements Review electrical drawings, specifications, and installation methods Collaborate with project managers, mechanical superintendents, and other trades Conduct inspections, resolve field issues, and support commissioning activities Enforce safety policies and participate in site safety meetings Provide regular progress updates and field reports Basic Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in electrical construction, including supervisory role Strong knowledge of electrical systems for commercial, industrial, or missioncritical facilities Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications Proven experience managing subcontractors and field crews Strong leadership, communication, and problemsolving skills Willingness to work onsite and travel as required Preferred Qualifications Experience with data centers, power infrastructure, or largescale industrial projects Journeyman or Master Electrician license (preferred) Familiarity with NEC and local electrical codes Experience supporting testing, commissioning, and turnover processes Employment Type: Full Time Salary: $160,000 - $200,000 Annual Bonus/Commission: No
