Logistics Coordinator – Spring

 

Location: Spring, TX (Onsite)

Salary: 70k, plus depending on experience

Direct hire

 

Position Overview

We are seeking a driven and experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Spring, TX. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in domestic freight brokerage who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership of their work. The right candidate is proactive, resourceful, and able to operate independently without the need for micromanagement.

 

Key Responsibilities

·        Coordinate and manage domestic shipments from origin to delivery

·        Source and manage carriers, negotiate rates, and ensure cost-effective transportation solutions

·        Utilize freight brokerage experience to secure capacity and maintain strong carrier relationships

·        Track shipments, troubleshoot delays, and provide timely updates to internal teams and customers

·        Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations and company policies

·        Maintain accurate records of shipments, rates, and carrier performance

·        Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer expectations and deadlines

 

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in logistics, with a strong emphasis on domestic freight brokerage (required)

Proven experience handling domestic shipments end-to-end

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Strong problem-solving skills and a sense of urgency

High level of organization and attention to detail

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support others

 

Preferred Qualifications

Bilingual in Spanish (highly preferred)
