Job Description

About Herewith

Herewith, Inc. is transforming how healthcare organizations connect patients, older adults, and families with reliable caregiving support. Our technology-enabled care platform helps healthcare organizations address an important challenge across the care continuum: what happens to patients outside the clinical setting. We partner with healthcare organizations serving individuals who may require ongoing non-medical caregiving, transportation, companionship, mobility assistance, help with daily activities, or transitional support. Families can also find and book helpers directly through our mobile and web-based platform. About the Role

Herewith is seeking a Digital Marketing Strategist to own growth performance across our paid, organic, email, social, and partner channels. This position connects channel data to budget and campaign decisions, so every dollar we spend is tied to measurable acquisition of families, helpers, and healthcare partners. The ideal candidate is an analytical marketer who builds the reporting leadership relies on, sets SEO and campaign priorities, and gives our content team clear, data-backed direction on what to create next. You will report to our Content Lead and work closely with content, sales, design, engineering, and leadership. Key Responsibilities

Performance Analytics and Reporting

Own performance tracking across every acquisition channel, including paid social, paid search, SEO, email, organic social, and partner placements. Deliver a monthly performance report covering customer acquisition cost, conversion rate, lifetime value, and return on spend by channel. Partner with engineering to build dashboards that track the full customer lifecycle, from first touch through booking and repeat use. Budget and Spend Strategy

Recommend monthly and quarterly budget allocation across channels based on performance data. Evaluate new spend opportunities, such as partner newsletter placements and sponsorships, with projected reach, cost, and expected return. Maintain a single record of marketing spend and results to build historical benchmarks. Balance family and helper acquisition to keep marketplace supply and demand in healthy ratio. SEO and Website Growth

Own technical SEO strategy, including site audits, page prioritization, and optimization briefs. Use Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush to identify which pages to optimize and build next. Campaign Strategy

Collaborate with our content lead to build seasonal campaign plans aligned to how families make care decisions, such as holiday awareness campaigns followed by January conversion pushes. Turn performance analytics into actionable insights for the content team across web, blog, social, and email. Oversee our email marketing strategy, deliverability, and engagement. B2B and Partner Support

Partner with the business development team to measure and report on healthcare partner campaigns. Build acquisition reporting that shows partners the reach and results of co-marketing efforts. Experience

3 to 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, digital marketing, or marketing analytics. Direct ownership of channel budgets and spend recommendations. Experience in one or more of the following areas is strongly preferred: Two-sided marketplaces Healthcare or healthcare technology Senior care, home care, or caregiving services Consumer subscription or on-demand services B2B and Saas marketing Demonstrated experience building CAC, LTV, and ROAS reporting that leadership used to make spend decisions. Skills

Hands-on proficiency with Salesforce, Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, SEMrush or Ahrefs, and Meta and Google Ads. Working knowledge of technical SEO, including site audits, indexing, site structure, and page optimization. Ability to translate data into clear briefs that writers and designers can act on. Strong written and verbal communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. SQL or dashboard tool experience, such as Looker Studio or Tableau, is a plus. Familiarity with email platforms such as Klaviyo is a plus. Who Will Succeed in This Role

You are an analytical marketer who turns data into decisions. You can look at a spend request, a traffic report, or a campaign result and say clearly what it means for growth and where the next dollar should go. You are comfortable building process from the ground up in an entrepreneurial environment with limited historical data. You care about reaching the families, older adults, and Helpers who rely on Herewith, and you want your work to show up in measurable growth. What We Offer
