WAGE INFORMATION
Target salary range: $95,000 - $150,000. The salary range displayed is an estimate and will be determined based on several factors, including the individual’s combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract parameters and organizational requirements. The listed salary represents one component of the total compensation package for employees.

Responsibilities
We are seeking a Database Manager to join our TekSynap Defense team.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide technical expertise and guidance in the effective use of database management systems (DBMS).
Perform system analysis and programming utilizing modern DBMS technologies.
Design and deploy database applications, incorporating efficient file structures, indexing strategies, and security measures tailored to user requirements.
Assess and recommend DBMS solutions based on validated business and user needs.
Develop, implement, and manage database backup and recovery processes to maintain integrity, security, and availability.
Ensure strong data management practices are upheld to support and sustain the operational environment.
