Job Summary

We are seeking a Data Scientist with strong experience in Python, SQL, and Machine Learning to support advanced analytics initiatives in a Sports, Media & Entertainment environment. The role focuses on fan behavior analytics, predictive modeling, customer insights, and scalable data science solutions.

Must-Have Skills

Strong experience with Python and SQL
Hands-on experience in Machine Learning & Statistical Modeling
Experience building production-ready ML solutions
Knowledge of Regression, Classification, Clustering, and Predictive Analytics
Experience with Feature Engineering, Model Tuning, and Validation
Exposure to NLP and unstructured data analysis
Familiarity with Git / Version Control
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills

Key Responsibilities

Build and deploy machine learning and statistical models
Analyze fan/customer behavior data and generate insights
Develop end-to-end analytical solutions using Python and SQL
Perform feature engineering, tuning, and model validation
Partner with Data Engineering teams to operationalize models
Support NLP-based analysis for survey and unstructured data
Collaborate with business stakeholders to solve analytics problems

Nice to Have

Experience in Sports, Media, Marketing, or Customer Analytics
Exposure to MLOps concepts
Experience with Cloud Analytics Platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field
