Partners with creative teams, business stakeholders, and external resources to ensure projects are delivered on time, aligned with business objectives, and consistent with brand standards. Manages project timelines, workflows, resources, and deliverables while coordinating with designers, writers, strategists, and content creators to bring campaigns and content initiatives to life. Identifies and resolves project challenges, promotes process improvements, and supports the successful delivery of integrated marketing campaigns and social-first content that strengthen the U.S. Bank brand. Requires strong organizational, communication, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

As a Creative Project Manager, you will own the day-to-day execution of creative projects from intake through delivery. Partnering closely with creative teams and business stakeholders, you'll manage timelines, resources, priorities, and communications to ensure work is delivered efficiently and effectively.

You'll support a wide range of marketing initiatives across digital, social, video, email, and print channels while helping coordinate social content productions, including talent, logistics, schedules, and deliverables. This role is ideal for a collaborative, solutions-oriented project manager who thrives in a fast-paced creative environment and enjoys bringing great work to life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the execution of creative projects across digital, social, video, email, and print channels.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, timelines, and project documentation.
  • Partner with creative teams, strategists, and business stakeholders to align on priorities, deliverables, and expectations.
  • Build trusted relationships with partners through proactive communication and project leadership.
  • Monitor project progress and provide clear visibility into timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • Proactively identify and remove obstacles that may impact project timelines, budgets, or quality.
  • Coordinate resourcing, scheduling, and workflow management across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Utilize project management platforms such as Workfront to manage project intake, assignments, approvals, and reporting.
  • Support the planning and execution of social content productions, including coordinating talent, locations, schedules, and production logistics.
  • Partner with content creators, motion designers, editors, and social media teams to deliver engaging social-first content.
  • Help oversee the production of content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other emerging channels.
  • Ensure projects adhere to established brand, regulatory, and production processes.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, positive, and high-performing team culture.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • Experience managing projects across digital, social, video, email, and print channels.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with project management platforms such as Workfront, Asana, Monday.com, or similar tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Ability to build effective relationships and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
  • Experience supporting video shoots, content production, or social media campaigns.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and social-first content development.
  • Experience in financial services or other regulated industries.
  • Knowledge of creative workflows, asset management, and production processes.

Basic Qualifications:
