Headquarters, 1615 H Street, NW, Washington, District Of Columbia, United States of America Job Description Provide support for the health policy team and contribute to the shared administrative needs of the overall policy division. Responsibilities Assist with marketing and communications, including member communications, website updates, database management, and blogs. Plan, manage logistics, and support a variety of virtual and in-person events. Schedule internal and external meetings for team members. Coordinate travel arrangements, logistics, briefing materials, and expense reports. Track information on policy issues and support advocacy efforts. Perform other administrative duties and special projects as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience commensurate with the role. 1-2 years’ administrative experience. Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines. Ability to exercise sound judgment, handle confidential information, anticipate needs, and interact with high-level executives and their staff both internally and externally. Able to work independently and collaboratively. Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). An interest in policy, law, and politics preferred. The salary range for this position is $51,846.00 to $60,000.00. The actual salary paid for this position will vary based on market data, an applicant’s qualifications, relevant degrees, certifications, and other factors.
