Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues on a variety of computer systems and peripherals Perform repairs and upgrades to ensure systems operate efficiently and securely Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, both in person and remotely Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and service history Assist in the installation and configuration of new hardware and software solutions What's Needed?
