Mentorship Curriculum

Our program pairs you with an experienced driver trainer on standard regional lanes. You will step into individual solo driving status the moment your mentor verifies your complete operational readiness. Through daily road operations, you will master equipment maneuvers, electronic logs, required DVIR checks, and corporate dispatch communication protocols.

Selection Criteria

• Possession of a valid Class A CDL credential.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Provided certificate verifying a minimum of 120 hours at a registered CDL training facility.

• Mandatory negative pre-employment substance test and a current DOT medical card.
