Overview Jurisdictions: FL, GA, NC Licenses: Florida adjuster licenses Remote role: Fully remote Responsibilities Apply claims‑management experience to analyze claims exposure, plan the proper course of action, and appropriately resolve claims. Interact extensively with various parties to ensure effective communication and resolution. Provide exceptional customer service to claimants, exhibiting empathy throughout the claims process. Handle claims consistently with client and corporate policies, procedures, and standard methodologies while meeting statutory, regulatory, and ethical requirements. Document and communicate claim activity timely to support the outcome of the claim file. Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers‑compensation claims using analytical skills to reach informed decisions and bring claims to resolution. Partner with clients to deliver innovative solutions and enhance the claims‑management process. Think critically, solve problems, plan, and prioritize tasks to best serve clients and claimants. About You Ideal candidates will have: Minimum 3 years’ experience adjusting a workers‑compensation desk, including lost time/indemnity and litigation. Knowledge of FL, GA, NC jurisdictions. Active adjuster’s license for the states handled. Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Required Qualifications High School Diploma. Minimum 3 years of related claims experience. Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states in which claims are handled. Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices. Computer experience with related claims and business software. Desired Additional Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree.
