The W2 Compensation Package:
Rate: $0.65 – $0.69 CPM (Based on experience).
Earnings: Consistent $2,000+ weekly average.

Driver Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 12 months CDL-A experience within the last 15 months.
Skills: Verifiable OTR experience, including winter driving and city deliveries.
Record: Clean MVR (≤3 violations in 3 years) and no preventable DOT-recordable accidents in 3 years.
Compliance: Valid CDL-A and ability to pass DOT drug/background checks.
