Operational Network: Our drivers operate throughout a stable Midwest/Plains corridor including IA, OK, MO, WI, AR, IL, KS, MN, NE, SD, ND, and CO. You will handle consistent, boxed freight for a premier dedicated customer with zero seasonal slowdowns.
Why This Lane is Different:
Direct-to-Store Delivery: 35 stops per trailer at major retail locations.
Active Loading: Back into the dock and move boxes (1-35 lbs) onto a conveyor.
Zero Waiting: Finish your unload and get back on the road immediatelyno waiting for lumpers or receivers.
Full Pay: You are compensated for every dispatched mile (loaded/empty), every stop, and every trailer you empty.
Financial Package (W2):
New Hire Bonus: $2,500 Sign-On.
Base Pay: $0.71 CPM for all miles.
Unload Compensation: $275 per fully emptied trailer.
Stop/Backhaul Pay: $20 per stop $50 per backhaul.
Estimated Weekly Gross: $1,766 $2,060 (Based on performance).
Income Example (Based on 2 Loads/4 Stops):
1,600 miles @ $0.71 = $1,136
2 Unloads @ $275 = $550
4 Stops @ $20 = $80
Total Weekly Gross: $1,766 (Top performers running 3 loads/2,000+ miles can exceed $2,000+ weekly).

Driver Requirements:
Minimum 3 months Solo Class A TT experience in the last 3 years.
Stable work history (Max 3 jobs in the last 12 months).
No employment gaps exceeding 6 months in the past year.
Must pass Hair Follicle & Urine drug screenings.
Ability to perform physical touch-freight (Conveyor unloading).
