Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Custom Cabinet Installer to join our team! In this role, you will install custom and semi-custom cabinetry in residential and commercial spaces while ensuring exceptional craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and experienced in cabinet installation, trim work, and jobsite professionalism.

Responsibilities

Follow all safety rules and regulations

Maintain a clean and organized jobsite

Install kitchen, bathroom, laundry, office, and specialty cabinetry

Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and installation drawings

Measure and ensure cabinets are level, plumb, and properly aligned

Be able to read and interpret a tape measure

Install moldings, fillers, hardware, panels, and trim details

Safely operate hand and power tools

Communicate professionally with homeowners, contractors, and team members

Identify and resolve installation issues on-site

Ensure all finished work meets company quality standards

Ability to be cross trained

All other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Previous cabinet installation or finish carpentry experience preferred

Strong understanding of measurements and basic math skills

Ability to read and follow plans and specifications

Experience using hand and power carpentry tools safely

Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship

Ability to lift heavy cabinets and materials

Reliable transportation and punctuality

Positive attitude and strong work ethic

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Preferred Skills

Experience with custom cabinetry installation

Knowledge of trim carpentry and crown molding installation

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong problem-solving skills and jobsite awareness
