This is a tight, high-performing crew — an experienced estimator, a dedicated CSR, a highly skilled A-level technician, a painter, and a detailer — and we're looking for a hands-on leader ready to run production, protect our insurer relationships, and grow the team.The RoleThis isn't a desk job. You'll be running the floor as much as you're running the numbers — scheduling production, keeping cycle time tight, coaching the team, and staying directly involved in the shop's day-to-day work.
