About the Role

As an integral part of our creative leadership, you will be a driving force behind bold, engaging, and effective campaigns. This position demands a dynamic individual who can seamlessly blend strategic thinking with hands-on execution, fostering an environment where creativity thrives and impactful work is consistently delivered. You will collaborate closely with creative directors, art directors, writers, designers, and cross-functional teams to bring compelling brand narratives to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to the development of high-impact creative assets, balancing hands-on creation with strategic oversight to ensure alignment with brand vision and campaign objectives.
• Inspire, guide, and mentor a diverse team of creative professionals, providing clear direction, constructive feedback, and fostering an environment of continuous growth and excellence.
• Oversee the successful delivery of creative projects, ensuring all deliverables meet high standards of quality, are completed on time, and remain within budget.

What You Bring

• 8+ years of proven experience as a creative professional within an agency or in-house brand environment.
• 2+ years of demonstrated success in managing and leading creative teams.
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
• A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional concept development, successful campaign execution, and effective creative team leadership.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex creative concepts and influence senior leadership and cross-functional partners.
• A track record of successfully managing, mentoring, and elevating the performance of creative talent.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced enterprise environment, adept at managing multiple priorities without compromising creative quality.
• Broad knowledge across various marketing channels, with a strong understanding of digital, social, and emerging media formats.
