Associate will begin a training program with the firm to try lawsuits, which in first year will involve:
After the first year, as tasks are mastered, associate will advance to greater responsibility preparing cases for trial and ultimately trying cases. Associate will also learn to prepare Wills, Trusts, handle probate and transactional matters.
