Pay: $45 per hour

Armed Security Officer Responsibilities:

• Maintain a high level of visibility to deter illegal or inappropriate actions.

• Assist customers, employees, and visitors with professionalism and courtesy.

• Perform security patrols on foot or by vehicle across designated areas.

• Respond swiftly and appropriately to incidents and critical situations.

• Represent Metro One and our clients with integrity and strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Must be a current or retired Law Enforcement Officer with a minimum 10 years' experience

• Must have or be willing to obtain AZ Armed Guard Card

• Must have or be willing to obtain LEOSA Card

• Must have or be willing to obtain CCW Permit


• Must have or be willing to obtain personal firearm

• Flexible schedule required; weekend availability for events is essential

• Must have valid, up-to-date identification for I-9 form upon completion

• Ability to stand and maintain a post for 8 hours or longer

• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
